We loved this advertising info graphic, it is jam-packed full of memorable advertising campaigns we find ourselves referencing still today.
One key thing we are saying to clients all the time is the importance of keeping text/copy within an advertising campaign to a minimum, as this helps focus the messaging and mostly all of the adverts within this info graphic represent this tactic perfectly.
Personally I’m not too interested in how the costs of a Superbowl ad slot have increased over the years, but the ‘Top 10 Slogans’, ‘Lessons’ and ‘What Makes a Good Ad’ sections make for very interesting reading.
