Ignis are a contemporary new start business igniting the firewood market from their base in Bristol. An original and exciting product innovation; Ignis offer quality scented firewood to their customers nationwide. Their foremost aim is to be known for most the incredible product quality they provide, but closely followed by their impeccable service, reliability and passion for the product.
Armed with a fantastic new product, Ignis sought a marketing partner to help them produce an ecommerce website that allowed them to mirror their brand values and bring their products to market.
Starting from the ground up; Ignis required a full ecommerce solution, which would not only represent their contemporary brand image, but would also allow full stock management, customer management, order tracking and reordering.
Our initial approach was to tackle the user experience. The main objective for a an ecommerce website is to convert product interest product into sales. The whole premise of the layout revolved around confident simplicity and channelling users through the process instinctively. This is quite a task with ecommerce projects as there is much more to communicate and get actioned by the user, so we were keen to keep the site as clean and simple as possible.
Technically, Magento offers a powerful platform that we were able to utilise and build upon to ensure that not only is it super instinctive to navigate, but admin users are able to process successful sales quickly and easily, building upon the great customer service that Ignis pride themselves on.
